A typical 45-60 minute session

0-5 min: Welcome and settle in

5-10 min: Play the Love Letter (audio or video)

10-35 min: Facilitated discussion using provided prompts

35-45 min: Optional: worksheets or quiet reflection

45-55 min: Closing and reflection

55-60 min: Informal connection (optional linger time)

Sessions can be adapted to your schedule - run them weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Repeat favorite episodes as often as you like.

No special training required

You don't need a background in therapy, social work, or storytelling. The Love Letters Method is designed for busy activity directors, program coordinators, librarians, and HR professionals who want to offer meaningful programming without adding to their workload. If you can press play and ask questions, you can facilitate a session.
